Azure Cloud Security Consultant Permanent

Leading Consultancy client is currently seeking an Azure Security Consultant with a proven track record of engaging with senior stakeholders on Cloud Security and Cloud Strategy.

In this role you will be part of a team responsible for assurance, design and implementation of a broad range of IT risk focused objectives, including but not limited to IT Governance including compliance with laws and regulations; Third-party risk management; Cloud Security and IT Security including safeguarding of assets and reliability and integrity of processes.

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 7 years’ experience

We ideally need you to have the following skills / experience:

• Professional qualifications and proven experience in IT/ Information Security, Internal Audit, Risk or Compliance roles
• Experience in leading teams and managing multiple pieces of work / projects concurrently
• Excellent interpersonal skills, drive, enthusiasm and commitment.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise, at times, conflicting priorities
• Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills, teamwork, and client relationship skills
• A broad range of knowledge and understanding on wider commercial, business and economic issues
• Experience of client-facing roles and experience in engaging with senior stakeholders in organisations
• Experience in high quality delivery to tight timescales

Key Requirements:

• Proven ability to develop and deliver effective and visionary cloud solutions with focus on End to End outcomes and driving value to the business’ end customers.
• Expert knowledge of Azure Implementation, Operational Security, Cloud Best Practices and Security Governance
• People leadership, having managed global teams both directly and remotely/virtually
• Expert knowledge of Azure Cloud Solution Architecture and Security, hosting, services and infrastructure, including hybrid architecture practices

As a senior Consultant you will be responsible for engaging with Customers, and delivering strategies for services and technologies , ensuring that the organisation obtains maximum value from technological investment. You will own the operational relationships with Customers ensuring services and products are delivered and aligned to industry best practice, regulatory

and contractual requirements
