We are looking for an eCommerce / Application Support specialist with an interest in or experience of support eCommerce Applications. Our client has recently implemented a new eCommerce system and wants to hire an Application Support resource to help them drive their digital transformation and assist their customers in transitioning to this new system. Training on the system in the UK will be provided as part of your induction process. This is a key role for our client supporting the adoption and greater integration of their new eCommerce System, they are starting in one division but will be rolling it out across the business
We are looking to speak to candidates with considerable experience in an Application Support role supporting customers in a eCommerce / CRM environment – eg on MS Dynamics / Siebel / Salesforce. You must be a quick learner with the ability to take on board complexity of system functionality and breath of business process systemised in a short timeframe. This role will be to help drive user adoption of the new eCommerce system and may involve some site visits to larger customers to train their users on how to use the system and help drive the transformation process.
The successful candidate will be au fait with release and change management of new functionality and associated documentation sets and processes and communicating changes to an non technical audience
Familiar with supporting eCommerce portals – online payments
Ideally exposure to using and supporting a large CRM
Previous experience using sage and interfacing to Sage Accounts
Strong UAT skills and experience helping customers develop their own SOPs for using the new eCommerce System to best suit their business
Basic SQL skills would also be an advantage
Self starter – able to make decisions on own initiative
Good communicator to stakeholders at all levels, positive customer centric mindset
Excellent written skills – preparing reports; test plans; system documentation
Our clients strong preference is for a local resource, close to the Dublin 22 area, immediately available who can start withing the next couple of weeks. Candidates must be eligible to work in Ireland without sponsorship as at this point in time sponsorship is not on offer,.
