Financial Controller Permanent

Our client is a rapidly expanding Fintech who are a disruptor in their vertical. Due to continued rapid expansion they are looking to hire a Financial Controller with strong accounting experience and ideally good knowledge/understanding of Financial Derivative products. This company has been experiencing triple digit turnover growth and there will be significant opportunities for career advancement as the organisation continues to grow and scale.

We are looking to speak to candidates with the following experience.

• ACA/ACCA Fully Qualified Accountant with 5 + years post qualification experience in industry who have worked in / are comfortable in a high paced, fast moving finance, derivatives, trading or operations environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task, with the ability to be flexible, able to prioritise, work to deadlines and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and presentational skills with an ability to handle queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of operational risk.
