Lean Business Analyst / Process Improvement Specialist Permanent

The successful candidate will have strong Business Analysis experience and ideally will be Six Sigma Black Belt Certified. The successful candidate will be comfortable in a client facing capacity and be responsible for managing client engagements around lean six sigma strategy and continuous process improvement  / organisational excellence programmes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering Process Improvement  / Operational Excellence for our Consultancy client, ensuring process, tools, methods, operational excellence practices and training is fit for purpose across the client organisation they are assigned to. Additionally, they will have change management responsibilities and be responsible for ensuring processes are consistently and effectively performed, ensuing that established procedures, processes, guidelines and/or best practices are being adopted and followed on a BAU basis. Designing customer reporting metrics for performance management will form a key part of client engagements. Strong client facing, stakeholder engagement and communication skills. The successful candidate will be a Subject Matter Expert in Lean 6 Sigma; educated to Masters level in a relevant discipline with a background in Business Transformation and Change Management and in depth Process Improvement and Six Sigma experience. Business Analysis certifications like CBAP, PMI-PBA or CPRE
