Project Manager Contract

We have a requirement for a strong contract Infrastructure Project Manager for a 6 month+ engagement starting in mid-January Our client is currently undergoing a large-scale infrastructure upgrade and is looking to hire an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to look after the migration & upgrade

The ideal candidate will have the following experience

A proven track record migrating / upgrading enterprise Oracle environments from Windows to Linux

Strong experience managing Server Hardening and Security Programmes in the context of upgrade programmes

Track record of delivering IT infrastructure projects within a technically complex and dynamic environment, with minimal disruption to day-to-day business operations and near zero downtime

Excellent experience of and certification in Project / Programme management methodologies, e.g., PMP, Prince2, Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), and agile project management tools and methodologies – formal agile certification while a benefit is not required

The role is home based to begin with but will be returning to an office based in Dublin as soon as restrictions are lifted. The salary quoted is Day Rate X 5 X 46 Weeks, target day rate is circa 500 per day
