We have an excellent opportunity for a high energy, dynamic and resourceful Service Assurance Manger to work in a lead client facing capacity, overseeing the service provided by a large team deployed on our consultancy customers tier one end customer site. The end customer operates in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment and priorities can change quickly, resulting in a large volume of change requests and a rapidly changing service landscape.
We are looking to speak to Service Assurance Managers with 8+ years, excellent client facing and stakeholder management skills, capable of delivering a best of breed service but also while holding the end customer to singed SLA’s and managing scope creep. You will have demonstrable & verifiable prior experience as a Service Assurance Manager looking after a service with a revenue in excess of €10 million annually.
Please note candidates much hold an EU passport or an Irish Work authorisation. The recruitment process will be face to face in Dublin on short notice, and will include presentations and assessment as well as interviews. Our client has a very strong preference for candidates already in Ireland with no relocation complications.
