Service Desk Engineer – Client Facing
We have an excellent opportunity with a Large IT Service Company on a Managed Serviced desk on their client site in county Cork. The successful candidate will be client facing and will be expected to triage Level1 and Level 2 requests, successfully resolving as many issues as possible, and escalating as appropriate. In terms of skills you will have strong Microsoft skills, covering Server, Office, Exchange, Service Now and increasingly Office 365. Exposure to VMware, Cisco, Networks, Storage would be advantageous. A key attribute will be the right attitude, someone strongly client-facing with the abilities to keep users happy and ensure services are delivered to as high as possible a standard at all times.
