Technical Support Engineer
Our client is an expert in the field of data acquisition from imaging systems. We are currently seeking a Technical Support Engineer to assist in the rapid growth of the company. This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a highly skilled team to support our clients in maximising our systems to their full potential.
As a member of the Customer Operations team, you will have the opportunity to work independently or as part of a team with key customers and partners to assist in their success. You will provide support to our customers, isolating, diagnosing, reproducing and fixing technical issues. To be successful in this role, you are a highly motivated individual as well as a self-learner, possess strong customer service and technical and analytical skills; and be someone who welcomes challenges.
