Where @Recruit IT hold personal information about you, you may at any time request that we modify, update, erase or provide a copy of this information to you.

As per the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 regulations, we will send you an annual reminder to update your data or request that your data be removed. Requests for deletion will be actioned within one week and you will receive confirmation that this has been completed. Your request may only be refused if we believe we are legally obliged to do so. If your request is refused, we will explain our reasons for this refusal and will then only hold your data for as long as it is necessarily required by law.

Your information will only be disclosed to prospective employers with your express permission which we will request prior to submitting your resume to or sharing any personal details with any prospective employer.

The nature of the Internet is such that we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us via the Internet.
